FTI PPT Template Update
One of the largest practices of FTI had heard feedback that led them to hiring two designers to update their PowerPoint Pitch templates. While working within the established brand parameters (retaining the unique sizing and page header elements, using the established color palette and fonts, etc.), we created a cleaner, more modern design approach.
Our solution included developing resources for the end user including "cheat sheets", design standards, a comprehensive icon library, and the pièce de résistance: an extensive library of over 200 predesigned slides, ready for content to be plugged in. These slides were developed based on commonly needed approaches as well as polling all the internal clients on their most used slides.
After developing the new template for use, I led the training hundreds of employees on the new design standards and materials over a month-long roll out period.
